Delayed payments may result in interest charges or withholding of future shipments.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines are shared after order confirmation and depend on destination, documentation, and freight logistics.
NHKDA Traders Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for delays due to customs, natural events, or third-party courier disruptions.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders once confirmed cannot be canceled unless agreed in writing.
Refunds are only applicable in the case of proven product defects, non-compliance, or shipping errors by NHKDA Traders Pvt. Ltd., and must be claimed within 30 days of delivery.
Proof of damage or quality issues must be provided for assessment.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the invoice value of the product in question.
